Overview

Meowzard is an AI-powered chatbot designed to simplify the process of discovering online courses and learning resources. By analyzing user preferences, it recommends personalized learning paths, making it easier and faster for users to find the right courses to meet their goals. The goal was to create a seamless, interactive experience that encourages users to explore new skills without wasting time sifting through endless resources.

Role

As the UI designer for Meowzard, I was responsible for designing an intuitive and engaging user interface that provided a smooth interaction between the chatbot and the users. My role involved:

• Designing an interactive and conversational UI that felt natural for users.

• Ensuring the personalization of the learning journey by designing screens and flows that showcased tailored course recommendations.

• Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure smooth integration of AI algorithms into the user interface.

Solution

The ideation phase began with understanding user needs through research, which focused on pain points in the current learning discovery process. I created wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize how Meowzard could provide instant, accurate, and personalized course recommendations. To tackle the challenge of engagement, I used vibrant colors, interactive elements, and a conversational tone in the design. The AI's smart recommendations were paired with clean, intuitive navigation to ensure users easily understood and acted upon the suggested resources.

In the end, the solution was a chatbot interface that felt less like a traditional search engine and more like a knowledgeable assistant guiding the user through their learning journey—fast, fun, and efficient.
